At Knot Just Hair we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All products are professionally packaged and inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
NOTE: Our hair products are natural virgin hair. As such, you may find that a small amount of hair strands differ in color. (i.e. a bundle of black hair may contain a couple of strands of dark brown hair.) This is completely natural, and not a defect.
